Find Your Perfect Unit:
How can I access my unit?
Once you have purchased your unit we will give you a keyless remote system (also called a “key fob”). This remote will grant you 24/7 access to your unit, while also ensuring that your items securely locked away.
Since social distancing measures will be enforced and parking is limited, we are only allowing customers to stop by for 15 minutes or less without scheduling. For longer loading and unloading sessions, we ask that you contact us to schedule this. Thank you for your understanding!
How will I know what I can fit in my unit?
We list all of the exact dimensions of each unit right on our Available Units page. We also illustrate the sizes with some examples of what items could fit in each unit. Still not sure? Give us a call or email us to schedule a tour of a unit, don’t forget to bring your measuring tape! Contact info is on our contact page.
Is Insurance required?
Yes, our rental agreement requires that you, the renter, insure your stored belongings. If your existing insurance policy covers self-storage already, than you’re all set. Just bring a declaration page from your insurance company with a policy number at move in.
What is the term of the rental agreement?
Our rental agreement is a month to month contract, with rent being due on the first day of each month. 30 day minimum rental is required. Tenants may vacate at any time with a 10 day in advance notice to vacate.
Do you offer Vehicle/RV/Boat Parking?
No, we do not offer any parking for rent and do not have parking spaces available on the premises.
What is the move out procedure?
Is it time to say goodbye? Just as there are great tips on moving into your unit, there is a proper method to follow when moving out. Follow these easy steps to help make the process of moving out of your storage unit as smooth as possible.
How do I pay for my unit?
We offer flexible leasing agreements with options everywhere from one month to an annual basis.
For payment methods we accept card and checks. When you book a unit on our site the payment method will appear in checkout, simply enter your card information there. Or if you prefer to pay by check, you’ll have to call us to book your unit. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.
Are your units climate controlled?
Yes! All of our units are climate controlled, as is our entire facility. Even the most delicate belongings will be safe.
What can’t I store?
The following items and categories of items are prohibited from storage in our facility: Firearms, lawnmowers, gas powered items, ammunition, explosives, petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, etc), compressed fuels and gases (propane, acetylene, etc), rattle cans (spray paint, hair spray, etc), livestock or live animals, all food and consumables (water, juice, soda, bird food, pet food, canned goods, spices, etc), hazardous wastes or toxic materials and odor-producing materials (ammonia, bleach, moth balls, etc). If you have any questions or need further details with regard to what is prohibited in our facilities, please reach out to one of our storage experts.
Can I pay in advance?
All tenants are welcome to pay their rents in advance. However, we do not refund any rent monies paid in advance upon move out.
Can I move to a different unit later?
Absolutely. Transferring units is a simple process. When you transfer, we allow up to 48 hours for you to make your move between units. For more details on transferring, our storage experts are here for you.
